What is a Graduate Scheme and when to apply? Your guide to launching a successful career
What is a Graduate Scheme?
At Mitchells & Butlers, our Corporate Graduate Schemes are all about you and your growth. We have a great variety of schemes and each one is personally tailored to fit your development plan, all the while with full support of your new network and your Line Manager right by your side.
You’ll dive into a personalised programme designed to meet your development needs while getting hands-on experience in real-time business projects. Our schemes focus on three main elements:
- Placements
- Technical skills
- Development workshops
Placements are woven into each scheme, offering amazing experiences and helping you develop a wide range of useful skills and expertise in these crucial first steps of your career. Plus, every graduate gets the chance to complete a pub or restaurant placement, where you’ll learn all about how we Serve with Pride and help our teams create unforgettable memories for our guests.
