I’m Rachel and I’ve been part of the Mitchells & Butlers family for 13 years, joining the recruitment team in 2023. What I love most about my role is the chance to make a real difference to both our people and our pubs. Helping someone find the right opportunity  one that excites them, challenges them, and matches their ambitions  is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy getting to know candidates, understanding what truly motivates them, and seeing them grow into successful leaders within our business.
