Recruitment Partner
I recruit General Managers and Head Chefs / Kitchen Managers across South Wales, including Swansea, Cardiff, Cwmbran and Newport. I then also recruit across the South West, including Bristol, Taunton, Plymouth, Exeter, Cheltenham and Gloucester, the West Midlands, predominantly Birmingham and then across to Oxford and Reading. I do go as far East as High Wycombe but the majority of roles are in the South West and Wales, where I am based. I recruit across a range of our brands including Premium Country Pubs, Harvester, Ember Inns, Vintage Inns, Miller & Carter, Sizzling Pubs, Stonehouse and High Street pubs, which includes O’Neill’s.
What do I love about my job? I absolutely love talking to candidates, getting to hear about their career to date, and being the first step in their Mitchells & Butlers journey.
