OUR EMPLOYEE-LED INCLUSION GROUPS

We are working hard to make Mitchells & Butlers a place which is inclusive for all of our team, where everyone can feel valued.

We currently have a number of employee-led groups, each with different areas of focus and together they are helping to support our diversity and inclusion strategy. Our inclusion groups are driving awareness across the business and offering valuable insight into the things that matter most to our teams.

M&BE YOURSELF

Our LGBTQ+ focussed group are working on making M&B a great place to work for our LGBTQ+ members. Our most established group are proud to support what it means to be a true ally in the workplace

Our ability focussed network, also encompassing neurodiversity. Supporting those with both visible and non-visible disabilities to ensure all of our team enjoy positive experiences within the workplace.
