I joined Mitchells & Butlers in 2008 and, apart from a short break during Covid, I've been with the company ever since. As a Recruitment Partner, my specialty is finding General Managers and Head Chefs/Kitchen Managers for our locations in London, Oxford, Bath, Bristol, and surrounding areas. My career path has taken me through various roles, including Deputy Manager, Pre-opening Trainer, Guest Service Trainer, and District Trainer. This diverse experience has given me a thorough understanding of our brands and operations with focuses on both front and back of house knowledge, which I now apply to my work with Castle, Nicholson’s, Browns, and All Bar One.
