I joined the Mitchells & Butlers recruitment team in January 2026. Although I’m the newest member of the team, I bring diverse experience in high-volume and corporate recruitment, which allows me to tailor my approach to every candidate and support them in a way that meets their individual needs. I partner closely with Area Managers across a number of our brands, including Ember Inns, Harvester, and Miller & Carter, covering the South East of England — including Essex, Kent, and Surrey.

What I love most about my role is the opportunity to connect with people — hearing about their experiences, understanding what motivates them, and recognising that every candidate has their own unique story. I’m passionate about creating a positive and supportive candidate experience, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing people I’ve supported through the recruitment process go on to grow and develop their careers with us.
