I recruit Head Chef and General Manager positions for Browns, All Bar One, Castle and Nicholson’s for the London area.

What do you love about your job?

The people. From both the closer and wider teams I work with, to the internal and external candidates. Working with such a diverse range of personalities who share the same passion for hospitality as I do.

Top three tips when applying for a job with us?
