Our London & South coast district starts at the heart of the capital with sites in: Butlers Wharf, Cannon Street, Houndsditch, Liverpool Street, Moorgate, Tower of London then moves out to Richmond, Wimbledon, Sutton and of course our famous site at London’s O2 Arena– not forgetting our two south coast sites on the bustling Quaysides of Southampton and Portsmouth.

What will I be doing…?
Your job will be so varied and rewarding that this little taster will never do it justice, but we'll give it our best shot…
- Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes to food, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading a diverse team of roughly 400 across 12 sites in exciting city locations.
- Driving people succession through your district through coaching and mentoring
- You’ll spend time across your district supporting your teams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliver results to be proud of
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistent high standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- Working with your pub teams to unlock local sales opportunities by building connections in the heart of the area they are part of.
- You’ll ensure your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk-free environment

Kaspar started his level 2 apprenticeship as an unexperienced team member. From the start he was highly motivated and wanting to learn as much as he could. This was evidenced when halfway through programme, when he was promoted to Supervisor through his development and progression shown. He is now completing level 3 and is actively working towards the Assistant Manager role
