limber is the original shift-working marketplace app, and M&B has now partnered with them to help provide flexible work opportunities across all of our sites. limber powers our M&B Flexible app, the customer help desk and will also act as your employer.

The purpose of M&B Flexible is to work around you so you can do as many or as few hours as you need. You simply need to check the app and see what length of shift our businesses near you are offering and pick the one that works for you!

Whether it's serving up delicious Brasserie style food in Browns or creating luxurious cocktails in All Bar One, we have a wide range of brands and plenty of choice so you can select whichever suits you the best!

You will be paid weekly by our partner Limber who will be powering M&B Flexible - in additional to one simple payslip, you will also earn holiday pay and can even pay into your pension!

Not quite. You will be working in our M&B businesses via the Limber app hence why they’ll sort your payroll (and pension if you remain opted in).
